These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CompatHub website, APIs (if offered), and related materials (the "Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions: dev@compathub.com.

CompatHub publishes software lifecycle information — including version lines, support periods, and end-of-life dates — derived from official vendor sources. The Service is provided for informational and planning purposes. Features, coverage, and presentation may change as we improve collectors and the catalogue.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service
• Do not scrape the Service in a way that impairs availability for others
• Do not misrepresent CompatHub data as an official vendor statement
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes

CompatHub branding, site design, and original text are owned by CompatHub or its licensors. Upstream vendor names, marks, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. You may quote limited catalogue facts with attribution to CompatHub and the underlying official source where applicable.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Lifecycle dates can change when vendors update their policies; always confirm critical decisions against the vendor's own documentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CompatHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CompatHub from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. We may suspend or discontinue access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
